This expertly crafted blend achieves a liquid-like appearance, enveloping every single lash for optimal length and gloss. Featuring a dual-layer composition, the first layer consists of flexible polymers that stretch each lash further, while the second layer, made up of a polymer microemulsion, adds structure to maintain the ideal shape and provides a vibrant black coating.
