PRANARÔM ESSENTIAL OIL is derived from the distillation of clove flower buds. This oil possesses several beneficial characteristics: it acts as an antibacterial, fungicide, carminative, antiviral, immune booster, hypertensive, anesthetic, and cauterizing agent. Renowned globally, clove serves both therapeutic and culinary purposes. Its trade history, however, has been marked by conflict, with the Portuguese and later the Dutch establishing control over its cultivation and distribution. Clove’s significance extends to oral care, where it is recognized for its potent anesthetic properties, comparable to benzocaine.
