The fragrance opens with warm Sichuan pepper, transitioning into the complexity of fir balsam as it develops. Its base reveals rich cedarwood notes, delivering a contemporary and assertive finish. Notably, L’Eau d’Issey pour Homme Eau de Parfum is vegan and boasts 92% natural ingredients.
The bottle is a tribute to the ocean’s spirit, its familiar design enhanced with bold silver accents. The cap is crafted entirely from wood, eliminating plastic, and for the first time, the bottle features a refillable option with a 150 ml refill. Simply unscrew the lid, insert the refill, and it will automatically stop filling once it reaches capacity.
