With a long-standing desire to combine the scents of rose and pear, perfumer Isabelle Doyen sought to capture the essence of Goutal’s childhood home. She aimed to evoke the memory of drinking pear juice infused with the delicate fragrance of the roses blooming beside the pear tree.
